Bond for deed of land, 1813 September 3.

Bond for ten thousand dollars to Derick Lane for a deed of land in Lansingburgh, Renssealer County, N.Y., transferred from the estate of Jacob A. Lansing to Abraham C. Lansing and to his son Cornelius Lansing. Deed explains the division of the land among the heirs of the Jacob Lansing Estate, and is conditional until Cornelius reaches the age of twenty-one. Witnessed by J.V. Laavneveu [?] and W.T. Lansing.
